Tough, muddy, but always fun.
A targeted warm-up mobilises and prepares the body.
Workouts are programmed with functional, primal movements – jumping, running, crawling, squatting, pressing, pulling and lunging.
A strong focus on technique and quality of movement allows you to challenge yourself safely.
Every session is completely different, but they are consistently challenging and effective.
Everyone is welcome. All the exercises are adaptable.
Members improve their endurance, strength, overall mobility and flexibility.

How to join in
1: Book a free trial.
2: If you want to come again, buy a pack of sessions (below).
3: Turn up to the classes you want to. There is no need to book in.
4: We’ll let you know when you have used the sessions in your pack.
