 Friendly group sessions

  • Tough, muddy, but always fun.  

  • A targeted warm-up mobilises and prepares the body.

  • Workouts are programmed with functional, primal movements – jumping, running, crawling, squatting, pressing, pulling and lunging.

  • A strong focus on technique and quality of movement allows you to challenge yourself safely.

  • Every session is completely different, but they are consistently challenging and effective. 

  • Everyone is welcome. All the exercises are adaptable.  

  • Members improve their endurance, strength, overall mobility and flexibility. 

  • Supportive community of members.

1: Book a BOA Bootcamp trial for free.

2: If you want to come back, buy a pack of sessions below (4, 8, 12 or 16).

3: Turn up to sessions whenever you wish (we hope to see you lots!)

4: We’ll let you know when you need a new pack.
