Friendly group sessions
Tough, muddy, but always fun.
A targeted warm-up mobilises and prepares the body.
Workouts are programmed with functional, primal movements – jumping, running, crawling, squatting, pressing, pulling and lunging.
A strong focus on technique and quality of movement allows you to challenge yourself safely.
Every session is completely different, but they are consistently challenging and effective.
Everyone is welcome. All the exercises are adaptable.
Members improve their endurance, strength, overall mobility and flexibility.

Getting Started
1: Book a BOA Bootcamp trial for free.
2: If you want to come back, buy a pack of sessions below (4, 8, 12 or 16).
3: Turn up to sessions whenever you wish (we hope to see you lots!)
4: We’ll let you know when you need a new pack.
