New pack types:
There are three new options for pack types. Each option has a different approach to managing charges for cancelled sessions, allowing you to choose an option to suit your routine. When you have selected your pack type, you can choose whether to buy 4, 8 or 12 sessions.
FIXED USE packs (in green) – all cancelled sessions are charged for.
STANDARD USE packs (in grey) – 25% of sessions can be cancelled without charge.
FLEXI USE packs (in blue)– unlimited sessions can be cancelled without charge.
