Please read carefully the following information - particularly the detail on cancellation terms directly below.

STANDARD USE PACK CANCELLATION TERMS:

- This Standard Use pack will allow you to cancel 25% of sessions without charge.
- In an 8 pack, 2 sessions can be cancelled without charge.
- All further cancelled sessions will be deducted from the pack.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PACK PURCHASES:

Booking a regular session time:
- This pack should not be purchased unless you have agreed to a regular session time with the trainer.
- When the penultimate session in this pack has been used, you must purchase a next pack to ensure your session time is confirmed with Simon for future sessions.

Session basics:
- Sessions last approximately 1 hour, unless otherwise arranged.
- If you are late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
- If Simon is late for a session, the lost time will be added to the end of the session (if convenient for both parties).
- If Simon is over twenty minutes late, the session will not be deducted from the pack total.

Refunds:
- Refunds are only available with a medical note.
- In the unlikely event that Simon needs to cancel all future sessions, a refund would be provided for any unused sessions in your pack.

Health & Safety:
- You must submit a PARQ form to provide health information before undertaking any training.
- If you have any changes in your health status you must complete a new PARQ form.
- If you experience any pain, discomfort, or injury, during a training session, please inform Simon immediately.
- If any health concerns arise that require input from a doctor, physiotherapist, or other health professional, Simon may need your help to obtain information from them.
- Please wear suitable exercise attire to all sessions.
- Simon will ensure all equipment is kept in safe condition.
